What Are Snuglii's Delivery Options?
We currently offer the following delivery methods:
Standard Shipping
Our most affordable option. Delivery within 7–14 business days depending on your location. Tracking included.
Express Shipping
Need it sooner? Upgrade to express at checkout for faster delivery—typically 3–7 business days.
Tracked Shipping
All orders include tracking so you can follow your capy’s journey from our arms to yours.
Where Does Snuglii Ship?
We currently ship to:
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
- United States
- Select international locations including the UK, Australia, and parts of Europe

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
Once your capy leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed the following business day.
Can My Snuglii Be Dispatched Internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally from our primary fulfillment centers.
International shipping times vary by country but generally range from 7–21 business days.
Please keep in mind:
- Customs delays may affect arrival time
- Some countries may charge import duties or taxes (these are the responsibility of the customer)
Shipping Delays
We do our best to meet the estimated timelines, but sometimes delays happen—especially during high-volume periods like holidays or promotional events.
