Where Is My Order?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a second email with your tracking number.
You can track your package at any time by clicking the link in your email or by logging into your account.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We get it—sometimes you hit buy a little too fast.
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us within 6 hours of placing it.
We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships out.
After dispatch, we’re unable to make changes, but you can always start a return once it arrives.
What Are the Payment Options?
We accept the following payment methods:

- Apple Pay & Google Pay
- PayPal
- Shopify Pay
- Shop Pay Installments (pay in 4, interest-free)
All payments are processed securely. We do not store or share your credit card information.
I Made a Mistake With My Shipping Info
No worries—mistakes happen.
If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately using the contact us feature bellow.
We can update the address before the order ships.
Once it’s in transit, we won’t be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you in any way possible.
My Order Is Missing or Incorrect
We double-check every order before it leaves our hands—but if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
Email us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
- A quick description of the issue
We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund—your choice.
