We want you to love your capybara as much as we do. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You’ll need to provide your order number and proof of purchase (screenshot or confirmation email).
To start a return, contact us with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number].
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method—we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right. Just send us:
- A photo of the item and packaging
- Your order number
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or size, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
